When phoning committee members about events, please ensure that you phone the organiser of the event concerned, not just any random committee member! Committee members are usually available between 8pm & 9pm (and definitely NOT after 9.30pm!)

If the schedule for an event states that you need to phone at a given time to obtain your allocated time slot e.g. for dressage or training clinics, do ensure that you phone at that time, otherwise your entry may be passed on to someone on the waiting list, as you may be deemed to have withdrawn.
